How often should I replace the filter in my MA-25?
Filters should be replaced every 2,500 hours of use. The filter indicator light will let you know when you have reached that time.
MA-25 Owner's Manual, page 7Imagine most of those calls answered instantly, any time of day, by an AI agent that knows your products as well as your best tech. Your customers get help in seconds. Your team finally gets to focus on the problems that actually need a human. And your support budget stops bleeding.
We build AI support agents for consumer electronics, smart home, auto accessory, appliance, and tool brands. If your customers keep asking the same questions, we can build one for you too.
Book a free demo, and we'll show you how many of your support calls an AI agent could handle, and what that's worth to your bottom line.
The problem
46
tickets per 100 orders
Flat from 1 million to 10 million in online sales. Double your orders and you double your tickets.
~1,500
tickets a month
For a 5 million dollar electronics brand.
1.4% to 5.8%
of revenue
Spent every year on reps answering those tickets. Our estimate.
Electronics brands get about 46 support tickets for every 100 orders, whether they sell 1 million or 10 million a year. Double your orders and you double your tickets.
For a 5 million dollar brand, that's roughly 1,500 tickets a month, and 1.4% to 5.8% of revenue spent on reps answering them.
5.3 hours
to a first reply for the median electronics brand at 5 million in online sales. The biggest brands reply in 1.3 hours.
Gorgias Ecom Lab benchmark, electronics, pulled Oct 26, 2026.
46 and 41
tickets per 100 orders for auto parts and accessory brands, and for hardware brands, at 10 million in online sales.
Gorgias ticket volume benchmark, March 2026.
52%
of people who set up their own smart home devices report setup or connection problems.
Parks Associates, July 2025.
Next year you sell more. Next year you hire more. And the margin you were counting on goes to answering "How do I reset it?" one more time.
Sources and method: Gorgias Ecom Lab median tickets per 100 orders for electronics merchants by sales tier (45, 46, 47 and 46 at 1, 2, 5 and 10 million in online sales), pulled Oct 26, 2026. The cost is our estimate: 1,506 tickets a month handled by 1.2 to 5 reps, at the BLS Florida median wage for a customer service rep of 19.44 dollars an hour (OEWS May 2025) times the BLS benefits load of 1.43. It is our arithmetic on public numbers, not a measured figure. Gorgias data covers ecommerce brands on Gorgias and uses online sales.
Before anyone signs, heads of support ask us the same things.
The questions we hear before anyone signs, and the honest answers.
About the answers
Every answer shows the manual and page it came from, so the customer and your team can check it. If the answer is not in your docs, it says so and sends the question to a person instead of guessing. And before you pay, your team tests it with its own hardest questions.
Most are. While we build, we flag every place two manuals disagree and hand you a cleanup list. Each month's report also shows the questions your docs cannot answer, so you know what to fix.
They do not want to read a 60-page PDF. They want to type "Why won't it connect to Bluetooth?" and get the steps. That is what this does, and it shows them the page if they want more.
About your team
No. It takes the repeat questions, like resets, pairing and filters, so your team can spend its time on the ones that need a human. Anything it cannot answer goes straight to them.
A few hours. Send us your website, pick 10 hard questions for the test, and help us write the 100-question test before launch. We do the rest.
Every one of those answers starts in the same place: your manuals.
Your manuals already have the answers. We put them in front of your customers.
Ask Our Docs is a support assistant built on your own manuals, help pages and product docs. It sits on your website and answers customers any hour of the day. It shows the manual and page it used, so the customer can check it. When it cannot answer, it says so and hands the question to your support team by email or form. We build it and set it up for you. You do not assemble a bot.
"Filters should be replaced every 2,500 hours of use. The filter indicator light will let you know when you have reached that time."

Setup, pairing, resets, filters, parts, specs and warranty. Whatever your docs cover.
Each answer names the manual and the page it came from.
We tag every manual by model, so a question about one model does not get an answer from another.
It answers in the language the customer writes in.
If the answer is not in your docs, it hands the question to your support team by email or form instead of a guess.
When two of your manuals disagree, we flag it so you can fix the source.
Questions answered, your top questions, and the questions your manuals cannot answer yet.
Live on your site in 10 business days.
If the answer is not in your docs, it will not make one up. It tells the customer it could not find it and sends the question to your support team by email. It is told never to invent part numbers, error codes, measurements or steps.
Your plan covers up to 25,000 answers a month. If you ever pass that, it keeps sending questions to your team by email. Customers never hit a dead end.
It does not look up orders or returns, order parts, book service or take phone calls. Those still go to your team. For anything about safety, it points the customer to the page so they can read the exact steps.
The customer can open the manual page and read it for themselves. So can your team.
The process
We gather the manuals, quick start guides, parts lists and help pages you already publish. We do not need a login or a ticket export to start.
We build it first. Your team asks it 10 of its hardest real customer questions. You see every answer, the page it used, and how fast it started answering.
Up to 50 manuals and parts lists plus your site pages. Together we write a 100-question test from real customer questions, and it has to score 90% or better. Live in 10 business days.
Every month you get a report and up to 2 hours of tuning. We stay close for the first 30 days.
How we test
We built demos for three brands from their public manuals and asked each one 10 real customer questions. Then we read every answer against the manual page. Correct means the answer is right and cites the right manual and page. Partial means it is right but incomplete. Wrong includes handing off a question the manual does answer. Tested October 28, 2026.

Which 10 questions keep your team stuck on the phone?
Send us the 10 hardest questions your customers ask. We test the assistant on all 10 before you pay anything.
We build it on your manuals first, for free. Then your team asks it 10 of the toughest real questions your customers send you. Throw in one that is not in your docs at all, to see if it admits it. If it gets more than 2 wrong, you owe nothing. You walk away.
You get a scorecard that shows each question, the answer, the page it used, and how fast it started answering.
After you pay: when we go live, we run a 100-question test that we write with your team. If it scores below 90%, we keep working at no charge. If we cannot get it to 90% within 60 days of kickoff, we refund the full setup fee.
