The form keeps your brand, website, name and work email, plus the time and a one-way hash of your network address. We use them to build your demo and to reply to you.
The demos
Every demo is built from manuals and help pages the brand already publishes. Each demo page is hidden from search engines, opens only with its private link, and expires 14 days after we build it. Questions asked in a demo
When someone opens a demo or asks a question, we keep the time, which demo it was, the question, the pages cited and how long the answer took. Thumbs up or down and hand-off emails are kept the same way. This lets the brand see what its customers asked. We do not build ad profiles.
Photos
If you attach a photo of an error light, it is sent to the AI model that reads photos, but only when that model is switched on. When it is not, the photo is turned away and we ask for your email instead.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. The admin pages ask for a password on every request.
