The offer
The founding price is $2,997 to set up (normally $4,997) and $497 a month (normally $997). Your price stays locked for as long as you stay subscribed with no gap. There is a 3-month minimum, then it is month to month.
The $497 covers up to 25,000 answers a month. Past that, it keeps handing questions to your team by email. It never goes dark.
There are ten founding slots, and for 12 months we will not build for another brand in your product category anywhere in the US.
Partners
If you introduce a brand to us, you keep 25% of that brand's monthly fees for as long as they stay subscribed. Setup fees are not included.
Testing and refunds
Before you pay, you can ask it your 10 toughest questions for free. If it gets more than 2 of your 10 questions wrong, you owe nothing.
After you pay, we run a 100-question test at go-live that we write with your team. If it scores below 90%, we keep working at no charge. If we cannot reach 90% within 60 days of kickoff, we refund the full $2,997 setup fee. Once you sign off at 90% or better, the setup fee is not refundable. Monthly fees are not refunded, and you can cancel any time after month 3.
Payment
You start by asking it your 10 toughest questions, for free. You pay the $2,997 setup fee when we send you the payment link. This site never asks for a card.
Demos are not endorsements
Our sample demos are independent. We build them from publicly available manuals so a brand can see the product working. A demo does not mean the brand hired us, reviewed the answers or approved the page. All trademarks belong to their owners. Answers can be wrong, so never rely on an answer alone for a safety step. Read the cited page.
What it does not do yet
It does not look up orders or returns, order parts, book service or take phone calls. Those questions go to your team.
